Evaluation after the completion of applications

In the Evaluation after Applications section, enter the program number you used during the therapy. Record the number of applications performed per month for a specific health condition. After therapy, assess whether the quality of life has improved. Rate pain and mobility on a scale of 1=best 😊 / 10=worst ☹. If necessary, describe any additional and side effects of the therapy and how the use of pulsed magnetotherapy further affected the person's health. Please specify whether the treatment was regular and repeated or one-time. If other rehabilitation occurred simultaneously during the therapies, please let us know, and if possible, describe what it involved.
